Delivery Options

Delivery Service

I. Only applicable to Hong Kong industrial, commercial and residential address. If there is an additional charge for the residential delivery address, customer is responsible for it.

II. May not be provided delivery service to remote areas, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay and Airport. please contact our customer service for details before purchase.

SF Self Pick-Up Location

I. The self-pick-up location includes: smart locker (SF, Alfred), SF service center, convenience store (Circle K, 7-11, Vango, Shell).

II. Pick up location is shown on the checkout page

III. Customers will receive SMS notification when the parcels arrived at the pick-up location.

IV. If the parcels are not collected within 24 hours, courier may return it to the warehouse, customer should be responsible for the extra cost.

Store Pick Up

I. When the product(s) are ready for pick-up, customer will receive a WhatsApp notification as a confirmation, please kindly present the confirmation message at the store to pick up the product(s).

Shipping Charges

Free Local Shipping (HONG KONG)

I. Free delivery or SF self pick-up for orders over HK$1000.

Charges Detail

For orders less than HK$1000, the following charges will apply:

I. Delivery Service: Package weighted under 1 kg, HK$33 shipping fee will be charged. And package weighted more than 1kg, extra fee will be considerably charged, final delivery cost will be shown on the checkout page clearly.

II. Self Pick-Up: Smart Locker (SF, Alfred) HK$14, SF service center, convienience store (OK, 7-11, Vango, Shell) HK$24

International Shipping

I. International shipping costs are based on your items, shipping method and destination. Please contact our customer service for details before purchase.
Some countries may charge import taxes and duty fees. Please be kindly noted that we are unable to account for any additional customs /taxes /duties that is incurred after we ship the products from our warehouse, as custom fees may vary and differ from place to place. We only charge the required amount during the check-out process but are unable to anticipate and be responsible for the additional charges that are in place through your country’s customs.

Please be advised that there could also be additional delays outside of our control due to customs or other international requirements, but we will always try our best to assist and deliver as soon as we can.

Shipping Timeline

Orders Dispatch

I. We dispatch orders Monday – Friday (excluding Hong Kong Public Holidays)

II. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse, and are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. Estimated delivery time starts after an order has been dispatched.

Shipping Notification

I. The order will be shipped with 2-3 days, customer will receive a shipping notification email with tracking code. For the pre-ordered products, the shipping time will be showed on the product page.

II. Limited delivery service will be provided on public holidays and eves (e.g., Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, Winter Solstice, Christmas). The delivery time may be delayed.
